Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in handling commercial accounting and / or audit Must have knowledge / experience in tax (eg : SST, WHT, Corporate tax) Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, MIA, CPA or other equivalent) is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications, particular Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBook, SQL, Xero, MultiBook and SAP Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate within the team and various clients Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent time-management, analytical, and organizational skills Working Location : Bangsar (Reachable by LRT) Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Work From Home (WFH) arrangement on Tues and Thurs (except when special conditions apply) Transport allowance reimbursement for client visits Performance bonus Annual leave Medical and insurance benefits
Overview
Our client is an international business consulting and advisory firm that provides accounting, taxation, and corporate secretarial services to support both local and foreign businesses. They are part of a well-established regional consulting group with offices across Asia, offering strong exposure to cross-border business operations, international standards, and diverse client portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, or yearly bookkeeping, consolidation reporting package, and relevant reports
- Prepare and submit of Sales and Services Tax (SST) and withholding tax (WHT)
- Perform provision of tax computation and deferred tax computation for year-end closing
- Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries to ensure to comply with the annual statutory returns
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify areas for improvement and streamline the accounting process and enhance efficiency
- Stay updated on the industry trends and regulations affecting accounting practices
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
Qualifications
Final position title offer will be depending on relevant working experience and skills.
