Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Our Global Supply Chain Management organization is looking to harmonize its data and analytics environment. The excellent quality of master data and the adequate use of SAP are the focus of an efficient material management. In order to ensure a high quality management of this data, we are looking for a Data Steward to join our Supply Chain Data & Analytics Team.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Management of SAP master data
- Coordination of material phase-in / out in cooperation with the strategic business units
- Creation and maintenance of bill of materials in SAP
- Programming and maintenance of SAP variant configuration including material variants
- Monitoring of data quality and ensure the accuracy and completeness within the supply chain
- Coordination of master data alignment across all units within the supply chain
- Creation and development of reporting’s
- Support or drive projects in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Single point of contacts for stakeholders
- Continuous improvement of global processes and initiation of cost reductions
- MDM Power User for system updates, retrofit activities, and higher-level error resolution
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in management information system or related field3-5 years of relevant work experienceSupply Chain experience and knowledge of the industrial environmentExperience with SAP (master data, bill of materials and variant configuration) is desiredTechnical skills
SAP / MDGProcessing of large data setsBI and Visualization (SAC, PowerBI)MS Office skillsSoft skills
