What you'll be doing
- Researching and planning effective media strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop multimedia content (graphics, videos, podcasts, blogs, etc.) tailored for digital platforms.
- Coordinating with external media partners and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Supporting the broader marketing and communications initiatives of the organisation.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
- To plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Track analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer partnerships).
- Optimize SEO / SEM to improve visibility and audience growth.
- Monitor online conversations and respond to comments / messages.
- Foster strong digital communities aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital tools, platforms, and trends.
- Experiment with new media formats (AR / VR, AI-driven content, interactive storytelling).
- Work with design, communications, and marketing teams for cross-platform campaigns.
- Provide digital media support for internal departments and external events.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 / 3 years of experience in a media or marketing communications role, ideally within the automotive industry.Strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels, with the ability to develop integrated campaign strategies.Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations effectively.Creativity, adaptability, and passion for emerging technologies.Proficiency in media planning, buying, and campaign management, with a keen eye for detail.Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to measuring and optimising campaign performance.Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.What we offer
