What you'll be doing

  • Researching and planning effective media strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Develop multimedia content (graphics, videos, podcasts, blogs, etc.) tailored for digital platforms.
  • Coordinating with external media partners and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Supporting the broader marketing and communications initiatives of the organisation.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
  • To plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer partnerships).
  • Optimize SEO / SEM to improve visibility and audience growth.
  • Monitor online conversations and respond to comments / messages.
  • Foster strong digital communities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital tools, platforms, and trends.
  • Experiment with new media formats (AR / VR, AI-driven content, interactive storytelling).
  • Work with design, communications, and marketing teams for cross-platform campaigns.
  • Provide digital media support for internal departments and external events.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 / 3 years of experience in a media or marketing communications role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels, with the ability to develop integrated campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations effectively.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and passion for emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in media planning, buying, and campaign management, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to measuring and optimising campaign performance.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
