Job description :
Customer Support : Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
Assisting customers with order placement, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Addressing complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Product / Service Knowledge : Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
Telemarketing : Initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Identifying sales opportunities during conversations and offering upsells or cross-sells.
Following a script or sales pitch, while adapting to the customer's needs and objections.
Lead Generation : Identifying and qualifying potential leads or prospects for the sales team.
Collecting contact information and other relevant data to build a customer database.
Data Entry : Accurately documenting customer interactions, including call notes, orders, and customer details in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Follow-Up : Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and addressing any additional questions or concerns.
Conducting post-sales surveys or feedback requests to gauge customer satisfaction.
Sales Tracking and Reporting : Keeping records of sales metrics, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Preparing and submitting regular reports to management regarding telemarketing and customer service activities.
Compliance : Ensuring compliance with telemarketing and customer protection regulations, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do-Not-Call lists.
Time Management : Effectively managing call volume and handling customer inquiries efficiently while meeting sales goals.
Professionalism : Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude during customer interactions.
Training and Development : Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Team Collaboration : Collaborating with colleagues, including sales teams, to align efforts and share insights about customer needs and preferences.
