Requirement – Qualification & Experience :
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Mass Communication or equivalent.
- An Executive specializes in customer relations / services with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing background.
- Good personality, organized and a team player and go-between the sales and inter-departmental.
- An experienced candidate in the chemical industry is an advantage.
- Meticulous and service-oriented with prioritizing multiple tasks in support of the project and demands.
- Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills : MS Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Possess own transportation.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
Coordinate sales-related activities and foster client relationships by researching the market and products.Responsible for selling a variety of chemicals (solvent products, lubricants, and additive) used in different industries and applicable to analytical, coating, pharmaceutical, life science, and bioanalytical research.Service existing a / c, obtain orders, and establish new a / c by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade opportunities.Follow up on customer inquiries via email / call for the company’s products.Resolve customer complaints by investigating & identifying problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to HOD or Management. Act as an extension of the sales force to handle the chemical sales activities. Working with the customer service / QA QC team for a pre-shipment sample and following up with the customer for approval status.Coordinate with customer service and sales team for marketing activity preparations. Engage and participate in project support activities, including sales discussions, marketing reports, market analysis, presentations, etc.Prepare sales quotations and monthly sales reports. Liaise with the logistics department for shipment status.Follow up with customers on after-sales feedback and product quality feedback on company products.Payment collection and follow-up.Any other duties assigned by the management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
