Account Payable Executive - Payment Team

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payables. Experience with SAP and familiarity with the Cash Management module are highly preferred. Strong understanding of payment processes and banking transactions. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Overview
We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our Payment Team . This role involves overseeing end-to-end payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Experience with SAP Cash Management will be a strong asset in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute timely and accurate vendor payments (including telegraphic transfer, ACH, and cheques).
- Lead daily and weekly payment runs in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve complex vendor and payment issues in collaboration with procurement and finance teams.
- Support month-end closing, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial compliance standards.
- Provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members when required.
