📌Key Responsibilities :
- Approach and close new collaboration with potential partners to drive growth, engagement, and mutual goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key members .
- Run onboarding, education, and engagement activities for new members.
- Act as the voice of members internally → collect feedback and pass to Product / Marketing
- Organize community events, webinars, or campaigns.
- Handle the end-to-end process of paid projects : planning, sending proposals, monitoring execution, and reporting
📌Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related fieldPrevious experience in Partnerships / Business Development / Community DevelopmentStrong communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with both online (social media, community groups) and offline (events, meetups) engagement.Data-driven mindset; able to track engagement and suggest improvements.Creative, proactive, and passionate about community building.📌Why Join Us?
