Penerangan pekerjaanPoint of contact – maintain customer relationship, ensuring all communication is clear, timely, and professional Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints Provide feedback on price information to Sales Coordinator teams Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with Sales Coordinator Work closely with Logistics team to ensure smooth and on time delivery Monitor credit collection and outstanding payment Prepare sales report for Management review Prepare and represent company at any Roadshow & exhibitions Conduct and prepare any product presentations and demonstrations for clients Support on preparing marketing materials in any promotion etc. Experience in HORECA or Food & Beverage industries Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients Willing to travel within assigned areas and attend events as required Self‑motivated and able to work independently
