Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information during the calls.
Update the customer database with details of conversations and outcomes to the report.
Follow up with potential leads through additional calls or whatsapp.
Track and report on sales activities and results to management.
Maintain positive relationships with customers by handling questions, complaints, and providing support.
This is a shift-based role. There are two shifts :
Each team member will also be required to work from home either Saturday or Sunday, depending on the schedule.

High monthly incentive : If the call converts into a sale, you can earn more than RM1,000 in incentives per month.
