Responsibilities

  • Manage the quotation process within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow‑up with Sales personnel and approvers to support fast turnaround times. This includes a strong understanding of pricing derivation.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of quotations, monthly closings, and tender documents in accordance with deadlines.
  • Process and follow up on dispute cases and unresolved issues promptly.
  • Handle inbound and outbound quotation‑related communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding delivery status, lead times, and other sales‑related requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM / ERP systems, adhering to established sales processes and policies.
  • Organise and manage sales documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Perform basic financial analysis to assess gross margins, markups, and profitability to support informed sales decisions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • A strong command of English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Inside Sales or similar role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in handling tenders, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of the sales and procurement cycle, including dispute resolution.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, with strong problem‑solving skills.
