Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Inside Sales representative located in Melaka. The Junior Inside Sales representative will be responsible for tasks such as generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily activities include managing and nurturing leads, ensuring effective communication with clients, and assisting in sales processes to achieve sales targets.

• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or clinical development industry is a plus
