Senior Supervisor - Site

Job Summary

Responsible for proper deployment of company's resources such as equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure compliance with work standards by properly coordinating, planning, reporting of works, and supervising workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Controlling work execution in accordance with time, safety, and quality requirements.
• Planning for daily construction operations.
• Monitoring work progress and determining actions / steps to mitigate delays or obstructions.
• Checking work quality and arranging for necessary inspections by clients at all stages.
• Maintaining daily work records for submission to the Site Engineer or the superior of the Clerk of Works.
• Liaising with the construction team on site requirements and conditions.
• Coordinating with consultants on all matters related to structural work and conveying their requirements to supervisors.
• Arranging resources for day-to-day works.
• Arranging necessary inspections by clients / Clerk of Works at every stage of work.
• Closing NCR / PARs / SWO within the given time frame.
• Providing relevant information and reports to the immediate superior regularly (e.g., daily or weekly).
• Complying with and adhering to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
• Performing any other duties assigned from time to time by Management.

Qualifications

Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
