Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to lead client acquisition for custom software development projects. You’ll identify new business opportunities, pitch tailored tech solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads into paying clients
  • Pitch tailored solutions including web systems, SaaS products, and ERP products
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and demos
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to scope client needs
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline visibility
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Close deals and hand over to the project implementation team
  • Build client relationships for upsell and long-term retention

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B software or IT solution sales
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to understand client business processes and map them to technical solutions
  • Familiarity with SaaS, custom software, or tech services preferred
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in closing high-ticket deals
