Penerangan pekerjaanOversee the overall Quality Assurance function and ensure an effective quality system. Implement and maintain the company's quality management system and ensure its compliance to ISO 9000 Standard / IATF 16949. Develop and pursue corrective action to eliminate possible product failure at source and ensure that product produces are of highest quality. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly audit report evidencing performance of quality assurance test and evaluation on product. Assist company to meet customer requirement during development and for specific projects. Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies. Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns. Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits. Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS. Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformity found. Verify closure of non-conformity with Certification Bodies. Manage the audit non conformity database. Provide detailed analysis of nonconformity. Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System. Attend various meetings and action / communicate instructions. Ensure KPIs are meet by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting. Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required. Capable to lead ‘problem solving’ in any customer complaint and internal non-conformance. Attend the customers feedback, complaints and liaise with concern departments for improvement and action plan. Making judgment for non-conforming part. Carry out daily quality meeting with executive and inspector. Conduct product & process performance analyses. Review & approve daily quality report. Other duties as assigned anytime by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication / Tool & Die / Welding) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin as required to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
