Overview

A leading BPO company which is recruiting a team of Senior Automation Tester located in Kuala Lumpur.

What You’ll Do

Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, end-to-end quality engineering function
Apply advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies to boost testing accuracy and integrity
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in automation testing
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to empower your team
Make key decisions impacting multiple teams and projects
Collaborate cross-functionally to align testing objectives and deliverables
Analyze testing results to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous product quality improvements
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading the creation of automated tests by engaging with business stakeholders and mentoring junior team members

Hands-on expertise in automated testing of mobile apps (Android & iOS) including pipeline test creation and execution

Experience in manual and / or automated testing on rewards member sites and other web applications with limited functions

Technical Skills Required

Editors / IDEs : Visual Studio Code, VCode, or similar

Languages : TypeScript (or similar)

Mobile Automation : Appium, Appium Server, Appium Inspector

Web Automation : Playwright, .NET 7, C# with Visual Studio Code (or similar)

Tools & Platforms : Git, Java, Node.js, npm, XCode (with simulator), Android Studio (with emulators), physical Android & iOS devices
