About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, confident, and consultative Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with clients to uncover their business needs, design tailored HCM and Talent Management solutions, and deliver demos that truly resonate.

This is a full-time remote role for a Solution Consultant / Presales Consultant specializing in Talent Management & Learning Management Systems at aTalent. The primary responsibilities include providing presales support, conducting product demonstrations, managing consulting engagements, and collaborating with the sales team. The consultant will also analyze client needs, develop solutions, prepare proposals, and manage projects to ensure successful implementation of our platform.

What you will do

  • Lead client discovery sessions — understand their goals, challenges, and processes.
  • Design and present solutions across Learning, Performance, and Talent Management modules.
  • Deliver engaging demos that connect product capabilities to real-world business pain points.
  • Prepare demo data and solution decks for proposals and bids (including SOWs).
  • Support marketing with solution content, product presentations, and event participation.

What you will bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in SaaS, HCM, HRIS, or consulting.
  • Strong business sense, quick learner, and confident communicator.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills — able to turn tech into business value.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English.
  • Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  • Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or HR tech solutions.
  • Knowledge of consultative or solution selling.
  • Familiarity with talent management processes (LMS, performance, engagement, etc.).
