Develop creative and marketable tour packages and itineraries for different travel marketsConduct product reserach and destination studies, identifying new attractions, accommodation and unique experienceLiaise and negotiate with suppliers (hotels, ground handlers, tramsport providers and attraction partners) to secure competive contract ratesPrepare package costings, quotations and pricing proposals based on market demand and seasonalityWork closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support brochure creation, promotions and promotional content.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of operational documents (e.g. rooming lists, service vouchers, tour briefing sheets).Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.Stay updated on visa requiremnts , travel regulations, and international tourism trends relevant to the destinations offered.Participate in travel fairs , when necessary.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirememts :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel coordination.
Strong organisational and time management skills, able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Professional and confident in dealing with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges smoothly.
- Able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
