Job Purpose :

• In the Cluster Delivery Organization, Business Specialists, Business Experts, Engineer Specialists, Engineers, Administrators and Product Owners work together in a team. Agile methods help employees perform their functions by enabling a fast and flexible response to changing conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and continuous development of new solutions.
• This approach aims at better products, higher quality, more efficient processes and faster implementation. This will ensure that valuable functionalities are delivered to the customer and that existing products, processes and services are further developed in a customer‑oriented manner.
• In order to achieve this, the employees work autonomously, with guidance from senior team members, and are self‑organized with evolving independence. • The Junior Specialist Administrator has a basic technical orientation and acts in the role of the Cell Member.

• The Junior Specialist is utilized in areas aligned with their current knowledge level and experience, gaining exposure to different cells and chapters over time to build flexibility, knowledge, and skills that contribute to cross‑cluster collaboration in the future.
