Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage a team of sales representatives and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and performance management. The role involves leading day-to-day sales operations, coaching the team, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Manage daily operations including lead distribution, pipeline tracking, and call activity monitoring.
- Support the team in client engagement, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and customer experience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.4–6 years of inside sales or telesales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis using Excel or similar tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Seniority level
