Penerangan pekerjaanBachelors Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing / Systems Engineering or related field. 3-5 years in lean implementation, or process improvement. Exposure to data analytics and digital projects preferred. Competent in lean tools and continuous improvement practices. Able to facilitate kaizen / SGA and coach shopfloor teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis & visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar). Good communication and influencing skills with process owners. Basic understanding of digital transformation / Industry 4.0.
Job Summary
To optimize and digitize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Promoting and driving the culture of data analysis and data driven. Improving productivity thru lean & Six sigma methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and SGA activities, applying lean tools (5S, RCA, A3, PDCA, etc.).
- Support and back up Lean engineer in leading Lean Facilitators and coaching production teams in kaizen activities.
- Monitor and improve production KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap, productivity).
- Collaborate with process owners to identify issues, lead root cause analysis, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure standardization of lean practices across different production lines.
- Track and report continuous improvement results to management.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize production performance data (OEE, downtime, loss breakdown).
- Develop dashboards and tracking tools for real-time performance monitoring.
- Act as the link between operations and digitalization, ensuring digital solutions are lean optimized before deployment.
