Business Development Champion

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Business Development Champion at the company to support our forward-looking growth strategy. If you are passionate about building customer relationships, promoting products / services, and contributing to business growth, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural industry.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
• Physical site visits, e.g., to oil palm estates to meet the estate managers, contractors to showcase our agritools.
• Work closely with the Technosales Team to arrange appointments for products demonstration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and promoting upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our products / services.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide product information, support, and assistance to customers as needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Daily reporting and maintaining accurate records of customer leads and sales activities via the Workspace system.
• Creating awareness (brand and product) using social media tools, managing daily posts, and responding to online enquiries.
