CX Testing & Commissioning Engineer

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT/Systems Engineering, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in testing, commissioning, system integration, or infrastructure engineering (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).

Strong understanding of testing procedures, commissioning workflows, and system validation.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

Good problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting ability.

Willingness to travel to client or project sites depending on project requirements.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and document all testing and commissioning activities.

Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Integrated System Testing (IST).

Verify system performance against engineering specifications, drawings, and functional requirements.

Troubleshoot faults and coordinate corrective actions with engineering, installation, and vendor teams.

Prepare test reports, checklists, and commissioning documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety rules, and quality standards.

Support system handover and provide technical clarification to clients and internal teams.

Recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and commissioning processes.
