Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Perform site surveying and setting-out works in accordance with project requirements.
• Establish and manage grid control points, including horizontal and vertical controls.
• Conduct surveys for existing ground levels, formation levels, and finished levels.
• Check, verify, and ensure accuracy of alignment, levels, and dimensions at site.
• Review and interpret survey drawings, specifications, and calculate survey requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with licensed surveyors for boundary line and gridline verification when required.
• Prepare, maintain, and update survey reports, records, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor and ensure all surveying equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Work closely with the project team to provide technical input and support construction activities.
