Production Technician

Job Description

The Production Technician is responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring that production targets are met in terms of quality, safety, and output. The role involves operating machines and equipment, assisting in equipment setup and troubleshooting, and carrying out assembly, testing, and inspection of products in accordance with work instructions.

The technician is also required to perform basic preventive maintenance, report equipment abnormalities, and support engineers and supervisors in minimizing downtime. Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations is essential, along with maintaining good housekeeping practices on the production floor.

This position requires close teamwork with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure smooth production flow and continuous improvement. The technician is also responsible for recording production data, updating reports, and assisting in training new operators where necessary.

Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
