Digital Marketing & New Media Executive / Manager

Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Duration : Full Time - Contract

Department : Branding & Digital Marketing

Job Summary : To manage and execute JETOUR’s digital presence including social media platforms, online advertising, website content, and selected New Media Business Store activities. This role is key in driving online engagement, lead generation, and ensuring consistency in branding across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage JETOUR’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including daily content posting, community engagement (comments, messages), and content calendar planning.
  • Liaise with HQ and appointed agencies on digital asset development, content revisions, and campaign rollouts.
  • Oversee and update JETOUR Malaysia’s website content to ensure information is accurate and aligned with campaigns or launches.
  • Monitor and analyse performance of social media ads, lead generation campaigns, TikTok content, and livestreaming sessions, providing regular performance insights.
  • Plan and execute collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including campaign briefings, content scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and monitor content activities and outcomes from selected New Media Business Stores, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and lead KPIs.
  • Prepare and review monthly digital performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
  • Update website contents and / or enhancement when required.
  • Making sure all leads from various channels flows into the CRM systems.
  • Liaise with related internal departments to make sure all information, programs, promotions, and so on, are aligned.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or new media — preferably within the FMCG industry (e.g., retail brands like Watsons, Guardian, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content algorithms, and digital marketing analytics (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience in content creation, copywriting, and community management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva for content design and short video editing.
  • Skilled in videography, photography, and livestreaming execution (TikTok Live, Facebook Live, etc.).
  • Familiar with KOL / influencer marketing, including campaign coordination and performance tracking.
  • Experience in managing website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and ensuring SEO‑friendly content updates.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights, ad metrics, and lead data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly to fast‑moving digital trends.
