Job Scope :

1) Provide great customer / patient experience :

• To be stationed at respective areas as assigned either at the lobby driveways and within the hospital premises.

To welcome and greet all customers and patients by opening doors to vehicles and assisting with luggage if required.

To use a warm & polite tone in greeting all customers and patients.

To ensure pleasant facial expression and body posture while stationed at assigned area.

To keep updated with all the new information regarding hospitals, i.e. consultant directories and facilities in the hospitals.

Other miscellaneous work as required or instructed by the Reporting Officer (RO).

2) Ensure routine and scheduled tasks are carried out :

To assist customers and patients including attending to their enquiries.

To direct customers and patients to their desired locations.

To provide support and assistance to customers and patients.

To control crowd at the assigned areas when required.

To engage customers to fill up the Patient Experience Cempia via QR code / tablets.
