Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at WINNER PLASTICS INDUSTRIES SDN BHD. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with both new and existing customers in the Ipoh Perak region. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a crucial role in the company's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new sales leads through active networking, cold-calling, and leveraging your industry contacts
- Meeting with potential customers to understand their needs and presenting our range of high-quality plastic products
- Preparing detailed sales proposals and negotiating competitive pricing to secure new business
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing outstanding after-sales support
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years abilities experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customersA proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to handle objections and secure new businessA self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the drive to succeedA valid driving licence and the ability to travel within the Ipoh Perak regionWorking hours
