Role Overview : We are looking for a

3 Months

data-driven HR Intern

to support our Regional HR team in delivering strategic HR initiatives across our global operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who wants to gain exposure to HR strategy and operations.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Support the team in collecting, cleaning, and analyze HR data.
  • Assist in preparing HR related dashboards.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating

culture-building initiatives

and

employee engagement events

  • Assist the HR team with general administrative and coordination tasks.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) & strong presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to advance analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about HR.
  • Willing to learn attitude.
