Overview

In this role, you will serve as a Fraud-Focused AI Product Manager with a unique mandate : leverage advanced AI tools and techniques to preemptively detect and mitigate fraudulent activities before they impact our customers. You will partner with our product, engineering and analytics teams, using data-driven insights and simulations to balance fraud risk management with seamless, positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered strategies that identify potential fraud indicators before they can impact customers. Establish dynamic prevention techniques—including real-time risk scoring, rule-based engines, and behavioral analytics—to preempt fraudulent activity.
- Design robust intervention workflows that enable rapid, multi-layered responses when potential fraud is detected. This includes triggering automated alerts, defining escalation protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely human intervention when necessary.
- Employ sophisticated data analytics and simulation models to evaluate how changes in product features and security policies may affect both the rate of fraud and overall customer experience. Use these insights to guide strategic decision-making and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, risk management, and other product teams to harmonize fraud rules and ensure a consistent customer experience. Define and execute a product roadmap that integrates fraud prevention into the core banking experience and stay current on AI fraud detection trends.
- Balance robust fraud prevention with a smooth experience for genuine users. Continuously assess and iterate on intervention mechanisms to minimize unnecessary friction, ensuring security measures enhance customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
Proven Expertise in AI and Fraud Detection : Experience applying AI tools and techniques to fraud detection and prevention, including preemptive systems.Data-Driven Mindset : Proficiency with data analytics tools, simulations, and deriving actionable insights; ability to quantify fraud risk impacts and balance them against customer experience metrics.Strategic & Collaborative Thinking : Ability to bridge technical, product, risk management and operations teams; drive discussions that integrate security with innovation.User-Centric Focus : Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to implement fraud prevention without compromising genuine user experience; ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant Academic Background : Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, or related field; additional certifications in fraud risk management are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
