Job Summary Business Development Manager will spearhead business development for TSS in Semiconductor and Process markets, enhancing penetration in both local and global ecosystems to drive high company growth per the FSS Business Unit's plan. The role demands a focused effort on boosting FSS brand awareness and demand in Malaysia.

Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

A primary go-to-market (GTM) and business development role for UCT Fluid Solutions in the field of semiconductors industry. To be responsible for business development and sales growth of UCT Fluid Solutions in Malaysia. The incumbent will maintain a keen understanding of UCT FS product technology, industry trends, customer needs and competitive environment, relating them to yield expected growth and customer attrition within the territory mainly by means of expending companies business reach.

Objectives

Achieve significant sales growth in Malaysia Process Market - as will be defined by FSS branch Director

Ongoing local account management support

Training customers and sales personnel on products & services

Conducting technology review meetings (TRM) with customers

New products introductions, offering and promotions

Develop and maintain clear understanding of industry drivers, pricing trends, technology market-trends and competitor information in Malaysia

Locate and recruit New Customers and Distributors to extend company reach to new Market’s ecosystems and opportunities

The Local Sales Manager will collaborate efficiently and positively with Key Account Managers and the Sales Manager responsible for managing existing accounts. This includes providing local meeting support and local technical assistance as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skills :

A motivated pro-active leader with the ability to lead cross functional teams with teamwork and collaboration

Possess good analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to assimilate and synthesize market related information from a variety of sources into a cohesive plan

Excellent English oral and verbal communications skills

Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, including senior management.

Must be highly flexible to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, present and speak persuasively

Good ability to work with multicultural people in different countries and different cultures.

Excellent in managing documentation and paperwork with attentive to details.

Educational / Certification Requirement

BS or MS in Engineering or Business Management

Experience Requirement

Formal experience of minimum 5-10 years in BD, sales or marketing for technological company

Experience in Semiconductor Industry

Experience in PV, Process industry, instrumentation preferably
