Position Overview

The System Operations Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's information systems, including ERP modules, databases, and related applications. This role involves managing system configurations, coordinating customized development, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to end users. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver efficient and reliable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Management
• Responsible for basic configuration, progress management, and quality monitoring during system implementation.
• Gather and consolidate system requirements from various departments, assist in developing implementation plans, and organize phased rollouts.
• Organize and define business process workflows for the system, and ensure proper execution.
• System Operations & Optimization
• Handle daily maintenance and functional optimization of information systems.
• Independently execute or coordinate third-party vendors to perform customized system development to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by departments to ensure stable operations.
• Work with software vendors on system upgrades, maintenance, and migration.
• Assist in system integration, interface development, and data connectivity between systems.
• System Administration & Security
• Manage system users, assign permissions, configure parameters, and ensure information security.
• Perform data backup and routine server maintenance to ensure data safety and system availability.
• Training & Documentation
• Conduct user training to improve system usage efficiency.
• Assist in creating user manuals and archiving technical documents.
