• Be the bridge between brands, creators, and our internal team.
• Chat with clients, vibe with creators, and turn briefs into campaign gold.
• Pitch fun, scroll-stopping ideas that people want to watch.
• Work closely with creators to make content that slaps and hits KPIs.
• Handle timelines, budgets, approvals, and last-minute changes.
• Be a hype squad + mentor to junior team members.
• Own the campaign. Start to finish.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in account management or campaign servicing.
• Know TikTok, Insta, YouTube, and what’s trending before it’s on your auntie’s Facebook.
• Speak fluent “client” and “creator” — and can translate between both.
• Love managing details, chasing timelines, and pulling off a great campaign like a magician.
• Are confident with proposals, decks, and can present like a pro.
• Can keep your cool when things get last min.
• Bonus : You love memes, creators, and being in the heart of internet culture.
• Work with creators you already stalk follow.
