Responsibilities :
Project Budgeting & Forcasting :
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring project budgets and cost reports.
- Ensures expenditures align with budgets, investigates variances, and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintains accurate documentation of financial transactions and collaborates with procurement and operations on supplier invoicing and payment tracking.
Finance & Accounting Support :
Supports month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.Assists in preparing financial and management reports such as project profitability and budget forecasts.Participates in budgeting and forecasting for both project and operational activities, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and financial policies.Cross-Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with other finance team members on shared tasks and process improvements.Contribute to process standardization and documentation efforts.Others duties as per assigned.Requirements :
We are seeking a Malaysia-based candidate who is open to being stationed in Jakarta, Indonesia.The role requires strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability in a regional work environment.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA / ICAEW is a plus.3–4 years of experience in project and general accounting within manufacturing industry.Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong analytical, teamwork, and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Willing to be based in Central Business District, Jakarta, Indonesia.Mandarin is essential for the role to effectively communicate with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
