What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Manage both company accounts and personal accounts (owner's / related personal finance) with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain full set of accounts : Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL).
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Preparation of financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking.
- Help with payroll, tax filings, EPF / SOCSO / EIS compliance, vendor payments.
- Maintain organized records (both digital & hard copy), invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- Assist in audit preparations and any financial queries.
- Ensure deadlines are met (e.g., monthly closing, vendor payments).
