Senior Analyst

We're looking for a

Senior Analyst

to join

HumanCap

and help deliver impactful solutions for our clients. In this role, you are responsible for

running the day-to-day delivery of consulting projects

together with Analysts, under the supervision of a Consultant. The role plans and coordinates project tasks, ensures high-quality outputs, and applies HumanCap processes to achieve consistent and timely delivery. Senior Analysts also guide Analysts, review their work, and ensure client value creation through structured recommendations and solutions.

What You'll Do :

Deliver consulting projects

• Manage project tasks and timelines under Consultant's guidance, ensuring outputs are high-quality and on time.

Review and guide Analysts

Support client communication

Problem-solving & recommendations

Improve ways of working

Build team capability

What We're Looking For :

Around 3+ years of experience in Human Resource or Change Management, preferably in consulting

Solid understanding of consulting and project planning

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or any related field

Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and confident with clients at all levels

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a problem-solving mindset

A team player who can also work independently, with integrity and professionalism at all times
