Performs feasibility analysis, work with project management team to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
Work closely with development team, to define scope and specification on software solutions.
Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
Compiles and prepares project documentation including but not limited to application functional specification, test script and function manual.
Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
Experience working on different project types, which are new development and enhancement / support.
Participates in QA, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
Ability to handle project complexity, which involve multiple stakeholders and inter-related systems to implement a project.
Capable of self-manage and prioritize tasks on hand to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT
Experience in MS Word, Access, Excel(Advanced), Visio, and MS Project
SQL knowledge – SQL script, Tables, Views
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Candidate should be well versed with XML terminology
Prefer those with minimal 1-2 year experience in supporting API platform or product
Must be a team player
Those with development background and hands on experience with CRM implementation will be value added
