About the role

Join JP Office Solution Sdn Bhd as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in driving the company's growth and success. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert sales and consultative support to our clients, helping them find the best office solutions to meet their needs. This full-time position is based in Penang.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pain points
  • Provide tailored recommendations on the most suitable office products and services
  • Present and demonstrate our offerings to clients in a compelling and professional manner
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the office solutions industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to deliver the best outcome for clients
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to exceed targets and goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
