Qashier is looking for a Test AutomationEngineer to support our growth!

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Investigate causes of issues and bugs with engineers
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Track quality assurance metrics and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

What We're Looking For

  • BS / MS degree in Computer Science or a related subject
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Strong knowledge of writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, e.g., Cypress, Appium, Selenium, or Pytest.
  • Passionate about writing testing cases and learning new technologies

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with building automation platforms
  • Experience in improving processes to improve software quality
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and the ability to integrate with automation tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum development processes
