  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide support to the department in day-to-day operations and administrative procedures.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and update all related reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, maintenance, and office-related services.
  • Willing to travel outstation as and when required.
  • Willing to take up new tasks and challenges as assigned.
