We are seeking a Trainer with experience in creative writing and video annotation to train and guide teams working on video-based content. This role involves preparing annotators to describe, interpret, and tag video content for clarity, creativity, and contextual accuracy.

Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding

  • Develop and deliver structured training modules for new data annotators.
  • Train annotators on video content labelling (scene description, object / action tagging, context understanding).
  • Guide teams in recognizing creative, engaging, and human-like contents created by AI.
  • Develop training modules for tasks like emotional interpretation, intent recognition, and situational analysis in videos.
  • Provide feedback to improve annotation quality and storytelling consistency.
  • Train team members on annotation guidelines, tools, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct refresher sessions and workshops for existing annotators.

Quality Assurance

  • Monitor annotator performance and provide regular feedback to improve consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct calibration sessions to ensure alignment with annotation standards.
  • Review and analyse errors to identify areas for improvement.

    • Process Improvement

  • Suggest improvements to annotation workflows, tools, and quality control mechanisms.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of training and annotation goals.
  • Document best practices and maintain a knowledge base for annotation tasks.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience :
  • 2–4 years of experience in training, video annotation, or quality assurance , preferably in data labeling / annotation.
  • Ability to describe visual details clearly and concisely.
  • Strong grasp of narrative writing, storytelling, and emotional interpretation .
  • Experience working with video tagging tools or annotation platforms preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Candidates must have English proficiency at least at C1 level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to break down complex instructions into simple, actionable steps.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing project needs.
