The role

Are you an experienced Account Executive looking to join a thriving company with plenty of opportunities for growth? JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position offers the chance to play a key role in supporting our clients with all their account management needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Process client invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to client queries and resolve any issues or discrepancies efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all client accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of client projects
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing client relationships
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve account management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an account executive or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeric skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in the Administration & Office Support industry, particularly in Data Entry & Word Processing, is highly desirable
