With over 20 years of child care experience in Japan, Human Starchild is now in KL and almost 1 year from grand opening! We strive to provide a safe and secure childcare environment to support children's' early year development.

Human StarChild Care Centre is run by Human StarChild of Human Holdings Group, which has 42 licensed nursery schools in Japan. We have over 20 years experience in nurturing healthy children and have branched in Indonesia and Malaysia.

We have Japanese nursery supervisors who have experience at StarChild preschools in Japan as well. We strive to provide a safe and secure childcare environment from the time parents or guardians drop off their child in the morning to the time they pick up in the evening.

Job Description

1. Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while their parents or guardians are away

2. Planning and engaging in children activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development

3. Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed

4. Monitoring and administering medication or treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider or parent / guardian

5. Preparing and serving meals and snacks, and assisting with feeding if necessary

6. Performing light housekeeping duties related to the care of children, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing

7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, including observations of any changes in behavior, health, or development

8. Communicating with parents or guardians about the child's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise

9. Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times, including during outdoor activities or while traveling

Job Requirements

• Within 1h transport from door to door (Our nursery is located at Lalaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, 1min from Hang Tuah station)
• Bachelor degree, diploma and SPM or any equivalent practical experience required.
• Completed KAP courses under Ministry of Welfare
• English language skill (Mandarin, Japanese skill is a plus)
