Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise daily operations of the café / barista team
Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high service and cleanliness standards
Schedule shifts, manage breaks, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new baristas
Conduct regular check-ins with team members to promote growth and engagement
Customer Service
Ensure customers receive outstanding service and product quality
Address and resolve customer issues or complaints professionally and promptly
Foster a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for players and café guests
Coffee & Product Quality
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks and other beverages
Ensure all staff follow proper drink preparation, health, and safety protocols
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, supplies, and order inventory as needed
Operations & Reporting
Open and close café according to venue procedures
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, machines, and seating area
Assist with daily cash handling, POS reconciliation, and sales reporting
Collaborate with the Venue Manager on promotions, events, and seasonal offerings
Qualifications :
1+ years’ experience in a barista or café supervisor / lead role
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
