Penerangan pekerjaanTo attend to all sales inquiries and maintain records of potential buyers Focus on daily sales operation, upkeep of purchaser data, coordination with solicitor and end-financiers and documentation. Knowledge on Sales & Purchased Agreement (SPA) loan and property sales procedure Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, roadshows & project launches Closely monitor for property transaction at booking stage Manage market surveys and updates of new and current developments. Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing & Sales / Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sale, preferably coming from property development, construction or real estate background
- Good command in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be willing to work in Bandar Seri Coalfields and possess own transportation
