Overview

Delivery Engineer (Telecom / Entitlement Server)

Location : Remote, Malaysia (Fluent in Chinese & English, confident in client engagement)

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site / remote delivery of Entitlement Server projects for MNO customers.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with BSS / IT teams, AAA, HSS, SM-DP+ and other relevant systems.
• Design and review network topology, integration architecture, and deployment solutions for private environments within operator networks.
• Present system functionalities, business workflows, configuration steps, and integration requirements to external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support API exposure and integration with Apple, Android, and other ecosystem partners.
• Perform post-deployment system health checks, including KPI monitoring, alarm handling, and service updates.
• Collect and analyze system / server logs, liaising with backend teams for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure system compliance with telecom security and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical training, documentation, and support to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure project delivery and maintenance meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
