What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor backend engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
- Stay hands-on with Java (Spring Boot), driving high-quality, scalable backend solutions.
- Oversee code quality, peer reviews, and repository governance.
- Champion modern frameworks, cloud adoption, and CI / CD implementation.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional leaders to align delivery with strategic goals.
