Role Overview

The Outlet Manager supports the Head of Restaurant Operations in overseeing the overall daily operations of the outlet. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and customer service quality, and supporting sales achievement. The Outlet Manager also plays a key role in managing and developing the outlet team, ensuring compliance with SOPs and KPIs, and handling operational matters such as staffing, stock management, reporting, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Staffing

  • Hire, train and develop service crew & cashier
  • Schedule shift and manage staff disciplinary issue

2. Operation

  • Ensure & provide highest standard of customer service quality.
  • Ensure & provide highest standard of food & beverage quality.
  • Ensure outlet cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Ensure all SOPs & KPIs are followed.
  • Ensure procurement and stock management is carry out properly.
  • Implement and ensure quality assurance by inspection, recording and rectification.
  • Help in cash handling & sales bank in.
  • Thrive to meet sales target set by the company.
  • 3. Report & Other

  • Submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly in a timely manner.
  • Gather useful information and provide feedback as per company request
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed by superior.
  • Job Qualifications, Knowledges and Experience

    1. Qualification : SPM or equivalent

    2. Experience : 1. At least 3-4 years of F&B with extensive experience in QA.

    3. Skills :

  • Able to lead, train & develop staff.
  • Able to follow and execute any instruction given by company.
  • Able communicate and interact to all levels with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform duties which require speed, efficiency, and organization skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines.
  • Able to work rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.
