Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze test results, and identify defects and areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability, quality, and potential risks.
Work cross-functionally with product management, development, and other teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or a related field.
Minimum of 3 – 7 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with performance testing and / or security testing is an advantage.
Familiarity with Flying Probe ICT3070 or TR5001 equipment.
Strong knowledge of box-build assembly process development and project management.
Proficient in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrates advanced technical skills and strong analytical thinking.
Excellent team player with strong cooperation, communication, and results-oriented mindset.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Familiar with relevant state health and safety regulations.
