Responsibilities
- Provide forward looking and insightful financial analytics and recommendations to achieve business objectives. Help business / function leaders to both drive growth and enterprise excellence with sound financial management strategies to optimize resource allocation
- Lead Business Planning Projects : Define requirements together with the management; develop clear allocation of tasks; assign, coordinate and align inputs with various input providers and stakeholders; compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS); drive decision making and approval process
- Strategic Planning : Lead Business Unit’s Strategic Planning / Mid Term Plan
- Create insightful management reports in order to present results clearly on a timely basis, allowing business leaders to make informed decisions
- Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies
- Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action
- Lead and coordinate harmonize BU Business Planning processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Professional Certification in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline.Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.Experience on sensitive analysis, pay‑back periods, NPV calculations on feasibility studies.High attention to detail, self‑motivated, meticulous and independent with proven leadership.Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.Manage or perform periodical or ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed by the Senior Management team or to satisfy external audit requests.Application Questions
