Responsibilities

• Provide forward looking and insightful financial analytics and recommendations to achieve business objectives. Help business / function leaders to both drive growth and enterprise excellence with sound financial management strategies to optimize resource allocation
• Lead Business Planning Projects : Define requirements together with the management; develop clear allocation of tasks; assign, coordinate and align inputs with various input providers and stakeholders; compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS); drive decision making and approval process
• Strategic Planning : Lead Business Unit’s Strategic Planning / Mid Term Plan
• Create insightful management reports in order to present results clearly on a timely basis, allowing business leaders to make informed decisions
• Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies
• Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action
• Lead and coordinate harmonize BU Business Planning processes
