Job Title : TikTok Live Host (Part-Time / Remote)

Salary : RM15.00 – RM30.00 per hour + Live Sales Commission

PME Bookshop is a growing e-commerce brand under Perniagaan Maju Edar Sdn Bhd, specializing in academic books and school supplies. With TikTok as our top-performing sales channel, we are expanding our live hosting team to engage audiences and drive product visibility through energetic and interactive content.

Role Overview

We are looking for confident, energetic, and talkative individuals to host Live Streaming sessions on TikTok & Shopee, showcasing our products to students, parents, and educators across Malaysia.

This is a remote work role. However, if you are based near our office in Teluk Intan, Perak, you are welcome to conduct live streams on-site during office hours with access to professional setup, lighting, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Host daily live sessions on TikTok & Shopee, introducing and demonstrating educational products.
Engage with viewers in real-time : answer questions, respond to comments, and build rapport.
Persuade viewers to make purchases by highlighting product benefits and limited-time offers.
Collaborate with our team to strategize content, improve performance, and attract traffic.
Monitor live metrics and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

Comfortable and confident in front of the camera — not camera shy

Interest in education, books, or student-related content.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an added advantage).

Strong public speaking, communication, or sales presentation skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work night shifts, rotational, or fixed schedules.

1 year of experience in live hosting, e-commerce, or social media is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates and students are welcome — training will be provided.

Preferred Background

Familiarity with TikTok trends and basic understanding of e-commerce.

Academic background in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Sales is a plus.
